Yes, we are a new company. Though we may be "The New Kids On The Block," we have vast experience in high speed Internet access. We have done our homework in developing a state-of-the-art, cost effective and reliable high-speed wireless Internet system that effectively works for the benefit of you, our valued customer.

Our goal is to maintain a reliable system for our clients that will be upgraded, as needed, and whenever we see the need for more bandwidth.

We understand there is a need for high speed Internet access at an affordable price. Many of us have been forced to use un-reliable and slow systems, such as satellite, other oversold wireless ISP's, or expensive ISDN from the phone company.

Some companies sell, and resell their service, yet they don't upgrade the back end to the Internet. They rely on a single T-1 connection to service their customers.

Some of these companies are solely interested in making a profit at any cost. They have no true experience with wireless technologies and how these change daily, as new technologies become available.

I can personally tell you that this does not work and only makes for a slow connection to the end user. Thus, your wireless connection leaves you with a dissatisfied and unhappy experience.

All maintenance is scheduled during off hours, which typically takes place after midnight. Unless a major overhaul to the system is to take place, or unforeseen problems arise, such as a hardware failure, you can enjoy the comfort and security provided by the high quality of our service.

We are constantly monitoring our network for any problems that may occur, as well as the back end sectors of our systems. We do this with software that immediately alerts us whenever a problem arises.
